Nifty Sub-processors

Nifty Technologies, Inc. engages the third parties below to help deliver the Nifty service. Where Nifty processes personal data on behalf of a customer, these parties act as sub-processors. Each is bound by a written agreement that imposes data protection obligations no less protective than those Nifty owes its customers, and Nifty remains responsible for their performance.

AI FEATURES

Orbit AI features inside Nifty are powered by OpenAI. Content you submit to an AI feature is sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Nifty does not permit that content to be used to train OpenAI's models.

Connecting your own AI assistant over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) works differently. That connection is user-directed: your assistant authenticates with a scoped token that you create, and retrieves data using your own permissions. Nifty does not send your data to any AI provider in that flow, and the assistant you choose is not a Nifty sub-processor. Data disclosed to it becomes subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy. See the Privacy Policy for details.

MARKETING WEBSITE ONLY

The following are used on our marketing website rather than to process customer data in the product. Nifty acts as a controller for this processing:
