DO YOU HAVE A DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT?

Yes. Our Data Processing Addendum forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies automatically, with nothing to sign, wherever we process personal data on your behalf and EU, UK or Swiss data protection law applies to it. If you need a countersigned copy for your records, email our Data Privacy Officer at joy@niftypm.com.

WHERE IS OUR DATA STORED, AND WHO HOSTS IT?

In the United States. Nifty is hosted on Amazon Web Services.

WHICH OTHER COMPANIES HANDLE OUR DATA?

Every sub-processor, what it is used for, what data it handles and where it is located is listed on our Sub-processors page. You can ask to be notified before that list changes.

WHAT SAFEGUARD COVERS THE TRANSFER OF OUR DATA TO THE UNITED STATES?

Our Data Processing Addendum incorporates the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for customers in the European Economic Area, the UK Information Commissioner's International Data Transfer Addendum to those clauses for customers in the United Kingdom, and the equivalent terms for customers in Switzerland.

HOW LONG DO YOU KEEP OUR DATA AFTER WE CLOSE OUR ACCOUNT?

After a workspace or account is deleted, the associated data is purged from our servers within 30 days, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain certain records. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

IS OUR DATA USED TO TRAIN AI MODELS?

Orbit AI features inside Nifty are powered by OpenAI. When someone in your workspace uses an AI feature, the content they submit is sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Nifty does not permit that content to be used to train OpenAI's models. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
